Sex is an easy one to remove all the gross feelings with, the word sex shouldn't give you any trouble after the removal of sexual repression. Masturbate is always going to be a hard one. Masturbate. Fetish has really been associated into grossness, especially in America, and even after the removal of sexual repression it can be kind of a tough one, so, basically all you have to do is detach from any the things your brain does to noises with this one, with masturbation you can't really do it but with fetish you can do it.
